Founded in 1987, Santa Rosa Insurance Agency LLC has been serving clients in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County with integrity and an unending dedication to service! We also take an active role in our local community. Our office is always looking for ways to better support our home town. Recently, we have donated supplies to a Santa Rosa Elementary School, we volunteered at a fundraiser for the Montgomery High School Dra
ma Department, and have purchased a table for the Pregnancy Counseling Center Banquet. Giving back to the community is one of the ways we say thank you to all of our clients for trusting us with their insurance needs. Bill Hansen:
As the owner and founder, Bill set the foundation for this office. Clients came to him knowing to expect integrity and a dedication to service. Those are the tenants that still guide our daily operations. Bill learned about sales and customer service through his years at Glidden Paint Company. Then he grew as a manager at Star Skate World in Santa Rosa, CA. His experience and commitment to excellence is what made us who we are and is still what drives us to success today! In Bill’s spare time he participates in a number of non-profit organizations like Pregnancy Counseling Center and also travels the world any chance he can get.

Jacob Hansen:
As Bill’s son, he grew up learning about insurance from a very young age. In fact Bill found out that his wife was pregnant with Jacob about the same time as getting his insurance license! Jacob started helping out in his brother’s Kaiser Permanente Health Insurance Office in high school and quickly learned the art of sales and customer service. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from U.C. Davis he rejoined his brother John selling health insurance.
Finally, in October of 2012 Jacob moved over to our Insurance Office. With his knowledge of internet marketing and social media he has been making steady improvements to insure that our office is up to date and efficient. He is now a fully licensed agent and assists our clients with everything from Worker’s Compensation Insurance to Motorcycle Insurance. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys Swing Dancing with his wife and playing just about any sport you can think of.

Anthony Martinez:
Anthony is the newest addition to our insurance
agency. He received his Bachelors Degree in Economics in 2011. After working in Sacramento for a year after graduating, he moved back to his hometown in order to contribute his efforts and talent back to the community that raised him. Anthony was born and raised in Santa Rosa. He now puts his efforts towards improving the office in its ability to work efficiently, and making sure that everything runs as smooth as possible. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing, archery, and playing chess.
